1. The Colonial Secretary will, from time to time, communicate to the Board of Examiners the names of those who are drawing Teacher's Allowance, and the dates from which such Allowance is drawn.

2. It will be the duty of the Board, at the proper time, to call upon those who have to be examined to present themselves at a fixed time and place for examination.

3. After each Examination - certificate testifying the results
